Just some thoughts on upgrading sandbag weight. It’s like starting the journey over because I have to build the strength to be able to perform lifts with this sandbag. This is the cyclone strongman sandbag where the bottom diameter is shorter than the top diameter of the bag. Shaped like a cyclone.
