In this video I give you a tour of my beautiful new apartment. After 31 years of renting I have finally purchased a property at the age of 54. I hope you enjoy having a first look at my new home. At such a time when so many people are struggling, I feel incredibly fortunate to have secure housing. With deep gratitude I acknowledge the position of privilege that I am in as I film this video.

At this time I also want to acknowledge the innocent civilians who are caught up in the terrible events occurring in the middle east, many of whom have lost loved ones and are suffering terribly. I send my love, deepest sympathy and prayers for their safety.
