This is my first time building with the sims 4 Cozy Bistro kit, I review all the new items while building an apartment complex with a bistro. I used only Base Game, Cozy Bistro kit and CC from Felixandre https://www.houseofharlix.com/downloa... . It will be uploaded to the gallery as a bar, but you can change the lot type in the game to whichever you like.
