My latest Sims 4 build is a tier 3 tiny houseboat in Sulani for one of my legacy babies (Jackson) who is all grown up and moving out I built it with a 20k budget, but I had some furniture and things he brought along with him so I think the final cost of the houseboat ended up being around 30k
