This is my (mostly) completed DIY Hard sided roof top camper. A project I have been envisioning since I built my original DIY roof top tent almost exactly one year ago. This project started about 6 months ago but the actual build started about 2 months ago. A much different build than originally laid out. I decided to go in a different direction and create something entirely of my own. This camper I developed and created myself is now patent pending so that I may freely share everything I have developed to drive competition in the space and help others make their own. I hope to make more plan specific information available in the future such as CAD files, cut files, spreadsheets and more for different variations, materials, and budgets.

Throughout this video, you'll see me take you stepbystep through some of my failures and successes in laying up the carbon fiber on XPS panels, assembling the base and roof components, creating my own carbon fiber/Kevlar live hinges, assembling the rigid walls and door panels and a final walkthrough of all the features.
