today, we level a few characters to level 90 and farm for some mona upgrades! the end goal definitely is 90'ing all characters and getting all talents to 9, but mostly having an artifact set THAT I WON'T KEEP SWITCHING AROUND

(unless genshin makes what honkai impact 3rd has with gear presets, what a relief that would be, but it'd remove so much farming people would probably get even more bored of genshin..)

i think what's draining most people's enjoyment of genshin is everyone else complaining about it, it's like a domino effect and it's exhauuuuuusting. i still like genshin, sure i wish there was more to do but people are saying the game "changed" or whatever, it's always been like this you just got "used to it" and new things like star rail feel exciting now. the same would eventually happen with star rail i'm sure

the gacha effect doesn't work forever either, the way they keep us hooked is by making new characters we WANT so we come back and grind even though we've (or at least, I) haven't enjoyed doing commissions ever, but we need to grind for those FREEMOS
