Necessary materials:
veal liver (1 kilogram).
1 glass of milk (200 ml)
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
Red pepper.
oregano.
1 glass of corn flour (120 grams).

for rice
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
1 onion.
1 green pepper.
1 red pepper.
1 tomato.
1 tablespoon tomato paste (40 grams).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
1 glass of bulgur (160 grams).
1 water b
Onion salach with boiling water (200 ml).

for onion salad
parsley.
1 onion.
half a lemon.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon sumac.

to fry
1.5 cups of vegetable oil (300 ml)
