Hey guys! So, I can’t squat anymore :( or at least not to depth. I irritated/ injured my left medial (inside) meniscus, which is basically the cushion between my tibia and femur. In this video, I talked about when and how the injury happened, the reasons why I think I injured my knee, and the things and exercises I am doing to help it heal and relieve the pain.
In next week’s video, I’ll talk about how I’m adjusting my workouts and evaluate how much each treatment method helped
