Ingredients:
3 cow thighs
700g onions
1/2 cup oil
1 garlic
1 tbsp salt to taste
1/2 tbsp salt for meat
1/2 tbsp cumin
2 cups water
5 carrots
3 tbsp oil for carrots
1 tbsp sugar for carrot
150 g Raisins
