3 Days before I competed at the Games! I didn't expect to have such a rollercoaster of emotions happen in a couple of days. From nerves to excitement to sickness, literally! It was definitely an experience I will never forget. The final few days of dieting are incredibly difficult, don't be mistaken by my positivity and up beat nature, these days are the most taxing and just a pure waiting game. I love to try and stay positive throughout it to keep myself going.
