Recipe 1:
1 kg chicken wings.
Cover with water.
2 tablespoons baking powder.
Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly with water.
1/2 onion.
Juice of 1 lime.
1/2 teaspoon turmeric.
1 teaspoon paprika.
1 teaspoon white pepper powder.
Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
1/2 onion.
1 tablespoon butter.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
Fry over low heat until the onion becomes translucent.
3 cloves of garlic.
1 carrot.
1 courgette.
45 mushrooms.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until the vegetables are browned.
Add salt to the wings to taste and bake them at 200 °C for 30 minutes.
2 cups of noodles.
Cook according to manufacturer's instructions.
In my case, it takes 8 minutes to get an al dente result.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
Turn halfway through baking.

67 chicken thighs.
Salt and black pepper.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
2 tablespoons of butter.
Fry over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
This seals the chicken meat and gives us a juicier end result.
1 onion.
Fry the onion until it becomes translucent.
3 cloves of garlic.
2 tomatoes.
2 tablespoons flour.
Salt and black pepper.
200 g tomato puree.
2 teaspoons oregano.
1 cup water or chicken broth.
Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
Turn halfway through cooking.
4 tablespoons sour cream or yogurt.
Let it cook for another 3 minutes and then it's ready.
