Recipe 1:
Chicken wings 1 kg / 2.2 lbs.
1 tablespoon baking powder 15 g / 0.5 oz.
Leave for 10 minutes and rinse the chicken wings with water.
Salt and black pepper.
4 tablespoons olive oil.
1 tablespoon butter.
Fry for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
3 tablespoons tomato paste.
3 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 tablespoon honey.
1 tablespoon mustard.
1 teaspoon salt.
Add the sauce and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
1/2 cup CocaCola soft drink 120 ml / 4.1 fl oz.
Cook over low heat with the lid on for 20 minutes.

Recipe 2:
1.5 kg chicken wings.
Salt and black pepper.
1/2 cup soy sauce.
1 tablespoon honey.
1 teaspoon paprika.
23 teaspoons of oregano.
1 teaspoon turmeric.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
3 cloves of garlic.
Mix well and cover with plastic wrap.
Allow to macerate for at least 30 minutes.
4 potatoes.
Olive oil.
Salt and black pepper.
Bake for 25 minutes at 200 °C.
1 onion.
Place the wings on a rack as I show you in the video.
Bake for another 20 minutes at 200 °C.

Water.

Keep for 20 minutes.
Salt and black pepper.
2 tablespoons of butter.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Fry over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
240 ml / 8 fl oz beer.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
2 teaspoons oregano.
1 teaspoon paprika.
1 tablespoon honey.
Juice of 1 lemon.
Add the mixture and cook for another 5 minutes.
