I have no idea what's going on with me lately. Last week was a great feeling week and this week the the total opposite. I'm just feeling alright, not good, not bad, just alright.

I'm back, who knows for how long... but I really want to make a strong effort to keep this series going. I need to help myself to be the best version of myself. I hope this Mental Health Journal pushes me out of my comfort zone to actualize my full potential.

I know we're all going/ have gone through something in our lives where we feel super down on ourselves. I want to share my experiences and stories to maybe help someone going through the same things.

Stick around for the ride! If not, no hard feelings. I'm doing this for myself mostly... So I can be better and be the best version of myself!
