Definitely the SCARIEST and highlight of the solo expedition across Africa! Today I have to reach the North Luangwa National Park here in Zambia, and to do so, I have to drive my 4x4 on this very basic pontoon. I can tell you one thing: I will never forget this moment! The Luangwa River is the place with the largest concentration of hippos in the whole World! And what do I see? A hippo swimming a few meters away from us: the 2 rangers and me, in Rafiki (my Toyota Hilux). Will I reach the North Luangwa safe and sound? That's a good question. Well, I'm writing this right now so I'm still alive, but WATCH the episode to find out how I managed that scary situation in the North Luangwa!
