Guys I think this trap bar is my new favorite bar to use. It was actually gifted to my from Alan Thrall and I'm very grateful. In this video of DAY 4 of my BEAST PROGRAM block 2 we go over how I program the trap bar to increase my deadlift and also a full pull / pressing day. When you want to increase your deadlift it's important to get in variations of the deadlift to improve on weak points and also be able to increase the frequency of your deadlift. The same applies for pressing, i'm pressing 4x per week now and I talk more about how in this video. We do trap bar deads, z press, wide grip lat pull downs, and finish with some arms! Enjoy!
trap bar deadlift 5@7 5@8 5@9 then drop and hit your set at 7 for back off x 5
Z press 3 sets of 8 at RPE 7
wide grip pull downs 3 sets of 15 reps RPE 7
arms 2 super sets 1015 reps each for 3 total sets
