I have taken a way too analytical deep dive into the puzzles surrounding the Booster Course Pass, and today I finally confidently discuss the changes I would've made to it. I've noticed that almost all discussion surrounding the DLC involves removing or adding 1 single course, without analyzing how that could impact the balance of everything else. What I've personally found is that Nintendo has done a great job balancing it all out when considering what their end goals were with the Booster Pass. So for those who have suggestions to "fix" the BCP, I recommend you join me in laying out your entire plan, start to finish
