You hardly ever see this in America anymore!

There's a part of the south that you haven't heard of before. It’s called Northwest Arkansas. It’s this whole corner up here at the base of the Ozarks, right up by Oklahoma and Missouri. It’s made up of four cities Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale and Fayetteville. It was always just this quiet little corner of the state with a bunch of suburbs and the University of Arkansas. No one really talked about it much.

Until now. Now, this is the boomenest place in the entire state. Maybe in the whole region.

And it’s all because of Walmart.
