On my third day boondocking in Anza Borrego State Park, The Longship and I stumbled across a magical desert palm oasis. It was incredible to see the lush palm trees and greenery with waterfalls and streams in the middle of the dry, arid desert. This was one of the most beautiful natural sights that I have ever seen, I was truly amazed with Palm Canyon Oasis. I also hiked through Slot Canyon earlier in the morning, which was amazing in and of itself. The canyon walls pinch extremely close together at the slot, not recommended for those that are claustrophobic! Overall, it was a great time in Anza Borrego, I will definitely be returning!
