Today we ate masgouf, Iraq's national dish in North Baghdad.

Yep we ate wood smoked carp right on the banks of the tigris river.

Our good friend Abbas brought us to his family's favourite restaurant in Adamiyah, Baghdad and it did not let us down!

Probably one of the greatest grilled fish we've ever eaten hands down.

We then headed to a spot up on the river where we played domino's and drank lots of Iraqi tea.
