parsley: 10 g (0.4 oz)
eggs: 1 pc
poppy seeds: 10 g (0.4 oz)
parmesan: 20 g (0.7 oz)
sesame seeds: 10 g (0.4 oz)
Sauce:
sour cream: 200 g (7.1 oz)
parsley: 15 g (0.5 oz)
garlic: 10 g (0.4 oz)
vegetable oil: 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
lemon juice: 10 ml (0.3 fl oz)
salt: 5 g (0.2 oz)
