We were just trying to do something good, when some power tripping customs agents who were apparently bored that day decided to throw everything they could at me. Even though both agents had completely different ideas of what these chairs were classified as, and what laws I broke by trying to bring them in to the country, both were adamant about the fact that THEY were right. After a very long detainment and a story that I will tell in full once this all blows over, it was made very clear that if I tried to bring these chairs into the country again I would be arrested on the spot.
