An advanced strain of Noodolia, Chineseitis is a virus accidentally released by Papa PaRappa. Early symptoms include seeing nothing but a warped picture of Colonel Noodles in an Asian suit, and hearing Colonel Noodles narrate your everyday life. This is then followed by extreme muscle malformation and a complete mental breakdown. Eventually, the victim will completely transform into Colonel Noodles. While the only known cases have been reported in PaRappa Town, the virus itself is airborne and highly infectious. Experts predict the virus will have spread all throughout the globe within a week. With there being no known cure, this end of humanity as we know it.
