Hey guys! I had weight loss surgery (VSG) on August 11, and I’m now down 20lbs from my highest weight! This has truly been a journey, and the recovery isn’t easy, but the results & healthy lifestyle change is worth it! I documented everything from consultation day up until 1 week post op.
