I have never eaten such a delicious fish recipe that melts in your mouth‼

This is my favorite fish recipe, it's so easy and delicious that now I only cook fish this way.
I chose cod, a fish that I like very easy to cook with a tender and easy to prepare flesh.
The recipe is so simple that I know even beginners in the kitchen can make it without a problem.
To start, I browned vegetables, red pepper, green pepper, carrot, onion, garlic, tomato of course you can put the vegetables of your choice such as mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant .....
I added some spices, then I put the cod directly in the sauce so that it soaks up the flavors and I let it cook.
As an accompaniment I prepared rice.
The result was excellent there was nothing left on the plates of young and old alike a real treat

6 cod
a green pepper
a red pepper

200 ml tomato puree
