Whilst originally designed for use as a carrier fighter by the US Navy, the Brewster Buffalo would also see service in a variety of other allied nations during the Second World War.

Join me on the workbench in this video as I build the Airfix Brewster Buffalo (A02050V) plastic model kit in 1/72 scale from the Vintage Classics range, and see if it lives up to my expectations of owning one in my youth.

I complete this build and review in a "Back to Basics" style, by using simple tools and techniques to finish the model in a style that would reflect my earlier days of scale modelling. Enamel paints, hand painting and other oldschool techniques are in order for this build!
