I’m so excited to take you behind the scenes of my very first wellness retreat in beautiful Costa Rica! This week was truly something special—filled with heartfelt moments, healing experiences, meaningful conversations, and so much love. We spent our days meditating, connecting through sacred rituals, enjoying the most delicious meals, and creating core memories that I’ll cherish forever.
