Recipe:
Eggs: 2
Vanilla sugar: 1 tablespoon
Sugar: 150 g (3/4 cup)
Corn starch: 70 g (4 tablespoons)
Milk: 500 ml (2 + 1/3 cups)
Add milk in batches
Water: 100 ml (1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons)
Milk: 100 ml (1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons)
A pinch of salt
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Butter: 80 g (4 tablespoons)
Flour: 120 g (1 cup)
Eggs: 34 (depending on size)
Place in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Butter (room temperature): 160 g (8 tablespoons)
