Hi everyone! In this video I talk about why I left consulting. I have a previous video where I talked about why you shouldn't join consulting (cons of consulting) but I also wanted to talk about some other personal reasons of mine of why I wanted to exit and make the transition to tech.

So here I talk about the bad work life balance, rank pulling, unfair promotion system, lack of continuity and specialty in projects and also some other person reasons (wanting career growth as a software engineer and salary).
