Carnivore Nachos:
Mac’s Pork Rinds topped with cheddar cheese, and grassfed ground beef. Microwave 1 minute on high. Add sour cream and hot sauce as desired.

Jalapeño Poppers:
1. Mix 1 block of softened cream cheese with 1/2 C of shredded cheese, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.
2. Half jalapeños and scoop out seeds with a spoon.
3. Fill each jalepeno half with cream cheese mixture.
4. Bake on 400 degrees for 2530 minutes until golden brown and peppers are softened.

Over the past 15 months, I've lost 140lbs on the carnivore diet. Now that I'm in maintenance mode, I have shifted my focus to an animalbased diet. While a majority (90%0 of my food intake is carnivorebased (meat and protein) I have been adding in lowcarb fruit and lowcarb cooked vegetables to some of my meals.
