Ingredients:
2 14 oz cans young jackfruit
1 tsp vegan chicken bouillon / boullion cube
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp protein powder of choice (I used chickpea)
1 tbsp methyl cellulose
23 lemon grass stalks
1 tbsp corn starch
rice paper

Rub:
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoons paprika
½ tablespoon smoked paprika
½ tablespoon black pepper
½ tablespoon kosher salt
½ tablespoon garlic powder
½ tablespoon onion powder
½ teaspoon mustard powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
