1 broccoli.

Butter.
flour 3 tablespoons.
Cook over low heat.
Vegetable or chicken stock 500 ml. / 2 cups.
Milk 100 ml. / 1/2 cup.

Basil.
French herbs.
Cook for 2 more minutes.
Mozzarella 100 gr. / 1/2 cup.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
