Ingredients:
2lbs | 1kg baby potatoes
1tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 oz | 30g dairyfree butter
2 garlic cloves
1/4cup | 10g parsley
1/4cup | 10g chives
1/4cup | 10g fresh dill
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/4cup | 60ml olive oil
Salt and black pepper for seasoning

Butter beans humus ingredients:
28oz | 400g | 2 cans Butter beans
2tbsp dairyfree yogurt
2tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
black pepper
4oz | 125ml | 1/2cup vegetable stock

‍Cooking tips:
ℹ Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to the recipe to get the flavour you enjoy the most.
ℹ You can substitute Butter beans for chickpeas or Cannellini beans.
