What's up guys, Jeff from Sorta Healthy here.

Unfortunately, today's video is not like any other video I've ever made. This channel, Sorta Healthy Trainer Education, has been hit with the invalid traffic bug. Many creators have been hit with this same bug over the previous months, and it can have devastating effects (discussed in the video).

My plans in dealing with are to keep doing my thing on here, I will NOT abandon the trainer education cause. That said, I will be diversifying what I do in terms of content creation.

I have created a second YouTube channel, and this is something that I've been working on for a long, long time now.

It's easily the most ambitious project we've ever made, and I hope you guys will check it out!

We've also upped our presence on other platforms too! Jeff, at 33 years old finally has an Instagram and TikTok! Lol, its about time! We'll be posting more fitness, coaching, and lifestyle content on there, but in a shorter format of course!
