In today’s video, I took a big mac nitrated it to see its final properties. Nitration is a method of adding nitro groups to compounds usually using a mixture of nitric and sulfuric acid. This process usually makes organic compounds energetic so I decided to see if it would also make the Big Mac energetic. The results speak for themselves!

Warning preforming the actions seen in this video can be dangerous. Nitric and sulfuric acid is corrosive!
