You can download this build on the gallery by searching my username "Deligracy". Unfortunately , The Sims 4 gallery doesn't let you place apartments very easily. You will need to place the 4 rooms I have uploaded as "888 Spire apartments" on each level, then replace the walls I have deleted to turn them into rooms. This ia probably most easily placed with the moveobjects cheat on "bb.moveobjects on". I wish it was easier! Enjoy xx
