I spent $100 on Genshin Impact's worst banner, the Weapon Banner. Was it worth it? Or did I just make a huge mistake...

SERIES RULES
1: First 4star character I pull is the DPS on one team

2: First 5star character I pull is the DPS on the other team

3: I have to pull on the Standard banner until I get my first 4star character.

4: Every banner I wish on afterwards is decided randomly by a wheel picker.
a) The banner the wheel picker chooses I have to do at least 5 wishes on before I can spin again for a different banner.
b) If I like the banner I got I can continue to wish on it until I get a 5star.
c) Once a 5star is obtained on said banner, I have to spin the wheel picker for a different banner, where the same rules apply.
