My experience and in depth review of the Fine Hotel & Resorts program; used on the Pendry in Washington DC. I was very excited to stay at this hotel; love the location, it’s new, and it’s my type of style hotel. However the service and the quality was not what I was expecting when I used my hotel credit for this hotel within Fine Hotel and Resorts. Personally out of the four different Fine Hotel and Resorts I've been to, this has been the worst experience overall, in my opinion. So in this video I’ll show you what my experience was staying at the Pendry.
