so jacksfilms has this little guy on his streams called ReactBot, who sits in the corner of the screen and is preprogrammed to randomly say one of over 700 stock phrases on command.

I figured how hard could it be to make one myself, but also so that other people could just put their audio files into it and have the funny guy say them? Turns out not very
