I stopped listening to music for 2 weeks and a half as a science experiment on myself & learned a lot from it. Music used to be my life and I used to think of it as a necessity, as something that would always play in the background. However, music is much more than that. Spotify is the app that I used to use the most so this unintentional challenge was a big change.
