Welcome to the video everyone! This past weekend I decided to give Dr. Oz's 48 hour weekend cleanse a try. The goal was to cleanse your bodies 3 main organs (the liver, kidneys and colon).

Throughout this vlog I show you all of the meals involved in this 1200 calorie diet as well as the benefits of some of the foods. I share with you my experience and my weight loss results. By the end of the video I give my honest opinion of the weekend as a whole and if I believe in the concept of a cleanse/ detox!
