Some people asked me about the green smoothie, so here it is:

It's a knock off of the Green Island Smoothie at tropical smoothie cafe... I get most the ingredients at BJs... 1 cup frozen organic greens which is a mix of kale and spinach, 1/2 a frozen banana, and about a cup of frozen tropical fruit (which is a mix of mango, pineapple, peaches and strawberries), fill halfway to the ingredient line with an organic 100% tropical juice (also mango peach pineapple) and fill up the rest of the way with water, add about 67 drops of stevia sweetener and blend. It's sooo good!!
