About this video:

Welcome back to another urban sketching video! Today, we’ll be drawing an abandoned brick house using professional Copic markers, a fountain pen, and graphite.

If you’ve been following the channel, you’ll notice that I normally draw each brick. While this is very relaxing and helps improve control over your markers, it takes a considerable amount of time to complete an entire wall, let alone the entire picture. In this video, I opted for a faster technique, which saved quite a bit of time.

The Copic Marker numbers I used for this storefront are:

Warm Greys: W1, W3, W5, W7 & W9
Toner Greys: T4 & T5
Cool Greys: C9
Oranges: YR04, YR07, YR18, YR14 & R08
Browns: E37, E29, E44, E49, Y26
Greens: YG95, YG99, YG03 & YG91

Friends, as always, thank you so much for watching! If you enjoyed the video and want to see more sketching tutorials, don’t forget to subscribe, like, and share!

Have a great day!

David
