I have known Egor for several years. We met him when I was photographing the foster family where he lived. I remember him very much then a handsome boy with sad big eyes. Mom sent Yegor to an orphanage when he was 3 years old. Mom could not cope with her addiction. Yegor had both a grandmother and an aunt, but no one could raise the child. He lived for 13 years in the Krasnoborsky orphanage in the Arkhangelsk region. During this time, not a single candidate came to him. Only at the age of 16, a lonely woman took him from an orphanage, but a year later she was diagnosed with a serious illness, and she began to look for a foster family for him. This family became the adoptive father Svyatoslav Chever, who at that time was already raising five adopted children. Now Yegor lives separately. The state provided him with an apartment.
