I visit the border cities of Honduras and El Salvador. Goascoran, Valle, is a small town famous for its musicians, sweet potatoes, and my friend Jorge Aguilera. Cubulero is a village inside a desert but because of its proximity to the sea, they sell "the best curiles" in Honduras. Langue is the largest city of the day and is known for its hardworking people, hammocks and chanfaina (stewed pig head and organs).
