IAR 99 Soim este un avion militar romanesc, produs de Avioane Craiova SA. Intrebuintarea principala este aceea de avion de antrenament capabil sa asigure misiuni de atac la sol (CAS close air support) precum si misiuni de recunoaştere.

The IAR 99 Soim is an advanced trainer and light attack aircraft capable of performing close air support and reconnaissance missions. The IAR 99 replaced the Aero L29 Delfin and Aero L39 Albatros as jet trainer of the Romanian Air Force.
