This is my first DStar Radio. not my first Icom. I got it second hand and looking at updating the firmware out of the box.I still need to learn the DSTAR system, and hopefully you find this ride along on unboxing helpful if you have a similar radio.

I might need some DSTAR help understanding how to work it !
