Part of our ICU PointofView series, procedural tutorials recorded from the perspective of a GoPro camera mounted to my head. This is a 15 cm Arrow duallumen (5.5 Fr) midline placed with ultrasound, a Seldinger technique, and a peelaway sheath into the left brachial vein. Patient deidentified.
