Oh, Idaho–– what a marvelous state you are. With less than two months left in the van, and still seven whole states to visit, we were only able to dedicate three days to the state of Idaho. But what a fantastic three days those were! We weren’t sure what to expect in Idaho, other than some really delicious potatoes, and we were pleasantly surprised with miles of matte black sand, hosts of snowcapped mountains, and a dazzling city surrounded by green hills. Add this underrated state to your U.S.A. bucket list if it isn’t already–– you won’t want to miss it!
