Michael shared his story of great work which involved courage, being a rebel and giving people room to grow and thrive. He suggested looking for stories of when you are in your sweet spot and finding the themes that are in those stories. Mark suggested asking friends, family or colleagues for their strengths and listening to what they have to say.
