Its a long one today!

In April I had my very first holiday abroad since reaching a place of total ED freedom and full recovery. In this video I share with you some of the delicious foods that I ate whilst away and discuss the kinds of ED thoughts/fears/rules that I had to challenge and rebel against in recovery in order to reach this place of freedom.
